Brenda from St Joseph’s Hospital Hamilton is honestly one of the kindest individuals in the hospital. Every time I run into her she is nothing but helpful and positive. I sincerely don’t know what this hospital would do without her nor what the patients would do without the amazing interactions involved with activating their tv experiences while already going through a rough time. It’s nice that the patients get a lovely human interaction rather than it being computerized like everything else nowadays. Thank you Brenda for all you do!!!!!

Giving four stars because of the price. I feel it's a little high and will discourage people from renting. Happy with the TV.The wonderful lady who installed it was top drawer. I asked her to keep the fact that we were paying for it on the down-low, and she told him it was a courtesy unit. So grateful for that. He would have refused it if he knew the cost. She was super pleasant too. A real gem! I forget her name. It was at Grand River Hospital on Sunday Apr 16th, 2023. Find that lady and give her an employee of the month award! Her actions will make my fathers stay a much more bearable. :-)

I suffer from TMJ so badly that I have destroyed my jaw joint on the left side. I have had multiple mouthguards, multiple steroid injections, Botox injections every 4 months for 3 yrs., bilateral arhrocentesis 2 times and 1 arthroscopic surgery on bilateral jaw joints with zero help. I found the Myotrac device searching online for TMJ help and ordered it. I wear the device at night while sleeping and wake up with no pain and feel refreshed. No headaches, no jaw pain, no teeth pain and teeth sensitivity. This device has changed my life. I had an issue with a short in the cable and Thought Technology immediately sent me a replacement since my device was still under warranty. During the 10 days I could not use my myotrac I immediately went back to waking with a headache, neck ache, jaw and teeth pain. I really can't express how thankful I am to Thought Technology for making an affordable treatment option for TMJ suffers.

I purchased a customized microscope for time-lapse imaging in an cell incubator. Comparing to other makers, their product offers phase contrast function and good camera resolution with a reasonable price. I like the none black-box style design, which is not only intuitive for teaching students, but also offers possibility for customization.

Shatter blaster is an amazing product. I have been a happy customer for 2 years now and the one time i had an issue the company responded to my emails quickly and helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner and even threw in a FEW gifts for the inconvenience. By far the best customer service that I have had the privilege of dealing with. I highly recommend this product so if you don't have one yet and you like consuming concentrates get one... you will not regret it.

After 3 years of service, my TV (55'' smart 4k) started to flash and doing weird things. Looks like the main board is overheating and the screen just gets stuck on the last image it was showing and you can only hear the audio in the back. Tried hard resets and everything, after 10 minutes on its doing the same thing. Looks like I'm buying another brand. Too bad.

My experience with Steadiwear has been excellent! I sent the device to my mom who has essential tremors all the way across the globe and during the process Emile Maamary went out of his way to help with the documents that I requested.Also Emile over a call with my parents gave very honest feedback based on my mom's situation which is much appreciated!Great people who care a lot about their customers and share their empathy!
